OUR PHILOSOPHY
Prosper Communities is a professional property management firm that specializes in rehabilitating and managing beautiful apartment communities. We presently manage more than 1000 units in the Midwest and we aspire to grow that number substantially in the coming years.
We believe that managing an apartment community is a serious responsibility, and it is not a responsibility we take lightly. When a family chooses to live in a Prosper Community, we believe they are placing their trust in us. They trust that we will provide a wonderful living experience for their family, responsive communication, and exceptional value. We work tirelessly to honor that trust by beautifully renovating our communities, providing valuable amenities, implementing our gold-standard maintenance response system, and employing dedicated, professional team members.
